Our Story

Our journey began with a clear vision: to create a consulting platform that bridges expertise, strategy, and sustainability across industries. What started as a boutique advisory has grown into a global consulting practice, guiding projects in energy, infrastructure, mining, tax consulting, beverage distribution, and equestrian investments.

Over the past decade, we’ve structured and closed more than $235 million in energy and infrastructure projectsthroughout Latin America, while also leading sustainable mining initiatives and building long-standing partnerships in international business development. Since 2010, our tax consulting firm has supported clients with reliable financial strategies, and our mining consultancy has established itself as a trusted advisor in responsible resource management.

Beyond traditional industries, our portfolio reflects entrepreneurial innovation. From serving as LATAM Director for a major DSD beverage distribution company in New York — managing over 12,000 stores, $6M in revenues, and two U.S. warehouses — to founding Haras Olympia, an equestrian investment model with $5M+ in managed projects, we have consistently combined vision with execution.

What sets us apart is not only the scale of our experience but the way we approach every challenge. We believe in sustainable growth, long-term value creation, and global perspectives. Our story is still being written — and every project we lead reflects our mission to build businesses that thrive while contributing positively to society and the environment.
